....all the times after the 2nd are just like the 2nd.

......The 1st time you watch those tearing moments, they're more surprising and don't cointain as much feels.
as the 2nd time and the times after it, you know it is coming, feel for it before hand and then keep feeling while stuffs happenh.

Depends on the show and how much attention you were paying. Of course, that said, second watches always reveal hidden meanings to certain seemingly innocent or unimportant actions or events.
Which is why I watch everything 2 or even 3 times.

^ true, but the 2nd time has more impact, as you are already expecting some of the stuff that is going to happen.
+ you learn the hidden meanings of stuff.
You can find stuff you haven't noticed even on the 6th time you're watching the series

....Which is why I watch the series I really like over and over again, sometimes, just for the feels or the good OST

I don't really like watching a series more than once unless either 1) it has been so long that I don't even remember having watched it before, or 2) it was so full of gags that watching it once isn't enough to get all of the laughs out.

On the other hand, I don't mind watching a movie several times over. I've watched End of Eva, Eiga K-ON, and Momo e no Tegami somewhere between 10 and 20 times each.
