Humm... Apparently, if you sleep 3-5hrs per night for 7 weeks and wake up around 5am each morning, makes it easier to get up at 7am after 6hrs of sleep... I wonder why...
I disagree. If I sleep 3-5 hours every night for weeks (which I've done for years) and then wake up at 5am (which I do) every day, and then get more than 6 hours of sleep, it is not easier to wake up at 7am, in fact, I usually find myself waking up at closer to 8am, sometimes 8:30am.
well, everyone is different.
I also had time to go to the shower on the morning >_> NEw experience as normally I sleep until the moment I have to leave for school and for a change, I was the 1st one there >_>
---->
The annoyance of KELA, they won't pay for my dentist visit unless I provide them:
Statements from 2 different dentist which from one is specialized dentist. (I have one statement '=_=, which I haven't asked them to give me, but they have it in their database...)
X-ray pictures from before the treatment started and another one with profile lines. (I have the X-ray >_> )
The plaster mould of my mouth from before the treatment started. (this I have)
And then I need one of these:
Either teeth-illness that required the treatment.
A cleft in the mouth or on the teeth.
Too big lower/upper jaw or both or then the size difference is too big. (In my case, I have too big lower jaw.)
And the best part is, they have only treated my upper jaw. As it was the easier.
They're still wondering about what to do to my lower jaw, will the perform a surgery or try other methods 1st '=_=
....gosh, It would be so much easier and cheaper just to remove my teeth and get dentures...
