My cousin's blue heeler puppy got parvo and it's shortly after her blue heeler (he was a really good dog) & corgie (annoying perverted little bastard) that she had for like 15 years both had to be put down. Long story but they'd been tied up outside and it was hot so she was going to hose them down with water to help cool them off but I think the water that came out of the hose ended up being super hot or something, it was just a freak accident, and things just went down from there and that was about 6-8 months ago I guess. They were put down about 1 & 2 months ago.
So anyways, the pup's going to have to stay at the vet for a few days but it'll be fine. But it also puked in my mother's new german shepard pup's food bowl and drank out of its water bowl and pooped outside so she's throwing away bowls and bleaching everything and it's insanity. Then, that coupled along with my mom having the pond in her dog's pen (she raises shelties) bulldozed today because she got tired of it, I have been hearing all kinds of frantic hysteria all day today, from multiple people... My aunt included, of course, because her dogs and puppies were at my mother's during all of this since my other cousin has
his goats (wtf he has goats???) at her place because the flora got out of control somewhere or other over there so they wanted to just let the goats take care of it all... and idk, it's fucking weird.
So, fun day...
