To be honest, I didn't care whether the information was right or not. It only needs to sound right. The entire point was just to gain trust so I would look considerably less suspicious (what kind of idiot killer tries their damndest to get another killer lynched?). There was never a 66% chance for it being a killer, it was 50/50 that it'd either be the other killer or the detective and I wanted the detective dead. I was hoping it was just the detective, too. I was confident enough that I could manipulate the game as long as the OP detective didn't screw with me.
...day 0, dies to detective. FML... lol
I had big big plans. Posts, pm's, scapegoats, days planned in advance. Oh well...
That's good though. It pointed out a critical flaw with my games. There shouldn't be any protectors and there should be more killers.
The entire concept probably needs to be revamped. I understand how the game works and there may be one or two others that do, but the vast majority of people who join the games have no freakin' clue. Hardly anyone plays it as intended and expects clues in the news and solid evidence. I just don't know how you could consistently give clues without making it too easy though.
