^ well, here the tittles that get licensed are those that go with Women and teens, not many for men, as the ''major'' audience is Female.
So we have stuff like Magic Knight Rayearth, FMA, Hellsing Ultimate, but yeah, atm, only about 30 series that have a license in here, manga has far more licenses.
And we do have anime convention once per year, it is small tho xD And we have an anime magazine that comes out monthly, that goes trough the new japanese tittles etc.
On TV here has aired, Pokemon (duh!), Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, MAgic Knight Rayearth, Digimon series and many anime movies.
Naruto and stuff like that is avaible on DVD Boxes.
for instance, I have, Love Hina, Bersekr, Basilisk, Trinity Blood, FMA, D.N.Angel, School Rumble and Black Lagoon on DVD boxes, and 12 anime movies. All with finnish subs.
So yeah, only the real high rating stories get licensed here, the ones that are surely gonna be popular with the avaible audience, the prices are also one thing reducing the audience, as most of the anime watchers are between 14 - 24, so in other words, the students, and few years back, a 6 DVD box was 20€ Cheap for a person who works, expensive for student.
So the fact is, it doesn't make money in here, even if there is an audience, hence we get more manga, as it is only 6€ per vol.
