Hmm I don't think that's Misaka or her one of her clones. The artist doesn't specify afaik so I'd assume it is an original.
Azuma Ren is the artist--if you want more of that style.

Sweet fucking Jesus.
I need to reinstall windows on my desktop and have no more clean partitions to take advantage of, so I need a blank HDD.
none are "blank" enough, so I begin transferring all the files off one, onto another external (not suitable as an OS drive)

Well fuck me... ~10 hours remaining....
-sigh-
Then I've gotta install the OS, install any programs I need, and optimise the environment.
I'm not going to be finished before the weekend is, thats for sure.

I'm also planning to install Mint 16 while I'm at it.

OK, I think I need to explain this a litttle further.
I want to reinstall a fresh copy of windows and EVERYTHING else. Therefore I want to use a full HDD so I can partition it and separate an install of Mint 16 on the same drive. Unfortunately, every internal HDD I have, is roughly 3/4 full.
So, I'm taking everything off one of those drives, putting it on an external 2.5" drive which I do NOT plan to mount in my computer (though I do have bays for it) and then I have a copy of the files, and a spare INTERNAL drive to use to install my shit on.

My webdevelopment teacher always makes code in ways that complicates things for nothing, IMHO. For example he writes:
