Well, there are exceptions yes, where there are guys who would do stuff that you just said minus the athletic stuff cause here that's equal to just playing around. Admission to uni is mostly only through your scores and mostly no interviews are held. (Post graduate degree do take interviews bit that's different).

But yeah, we don't really devote out life for studies (or work like most of japan does). Well at least not me. Like I said previously it's more like a necessary evil for me. ^__^

Isn't part time hours like 40 in Japan and full-time like 48 to 60?

But making gifs is super easy... What is there to learn? Changing from other formats? Which programs to use? Compression? Optimisation? Smart Compression?
Should have just posted here what you need help with and I could have given an answer on how to do it/why to do it.

Didn't know the process whatsoever. But I managed figured out the quick way from scratch with minimal tools.

I remember those days, you finish more than 30 minutes early and the teacher expects you to just sit there because they don't have anything else prepared for you.

Don't even think of grabbing out a magazine, or something else to read or draw on, just sit there :<
