I try to make food from the basic, I do not like half-fabricats or premade food.
But with 4 kids... Let's just say I sometimes choose easy solutions.
The worst thing is that they fool you to belive that premade is faster and less complicated, but it's most of the time not.
Aaand, I try to eat something with coulor to every meal. Salad, vegetables, that screams vitamins.
