I really really want to like it but I can't. It flat out sucks. Bakemonogatari was solid as fuck but the rest is so DULL. I was hoping Nisemonogatari was just a hiccup but 6 episodes into Season 2 I just gave up. Still haven't finished that.

It all comes together in the end. And you haven't even gotten to the interesting part yet. It is a 20+ episode anime afterall.

I really don't care. Its very existence is unnecessary. The entire story should consist of Bakemonogatari + Kizumonogatari. Bake had a proper ending and the sequels don't have anything meaningful to add.

I have to agree with froods. I didn't really enjoy the monogatari series, and I could never understand why it's so popular. It's just not entertaining to me.

It had a pretty artstyle and an interesting animation style due to its distinct budget constraints.

If you guys don't want a sequel then why are you even caring about kizumonogatari? Bakemonogatari stands on it's own and kizumonogatari doesn't have much to it. Hell, nekomonogatri compliments bakemonogatari more than kizumonogatari.

And the sequel is a different story all on it's own. It's not like there should be a reason for it to be a continuation of bakemonogatari.

I'll probably be able to watch all of "series second" or whatever it was called at some point.

As for Kizumonogatari - I've been waiting for it for a long time and it's a movie (easier to swallow).

I just have to wonder, when will the referees for IIHF learn to judge properly.
-- Cross checking to the head -- Nothing.
-- Pulling players of the head -- Nothing
This is for Russia.

For Finland we have.
-- Pass by a player -- 2 min for interference.
-- A normal fight for the puck near the board -- 2 min for cross checking.

The penalty minutes in the 3rd period were more accurate than the ones on the 1st 2 periods. But overall, they should have blown a bit more penalties to the team Russia.
I mean, for real, the game would have been much more enjoyable without that shit. It was quite even game with Finns controlling the puck on 5 on 5 but losing to the penalties.

But well, congratz for Russia for World Championship in Ice Hokey on 2014. The team was good and played well, the PP goals were good and clean, I just have to whine about how they got those PP's.

I finished the first season of Survivorman yesterday... I can sum up every single episode in a few stages: 1-2. Shelter/Fire (swappable). 3. Annoying harmonica. 4. Some kind of water. 5. Starve for 5 days. 6. Tiny meal. 7. Get rescued.

His "survival" is pretty much building a shelter then starving for 5-7 days.

Down in my status bar I have an add-on called forecastfox and there's a red octagon with an exclamation point in it and when I hover over it says "SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT" so I click it... it takes me to a webpage that says "... NO WARNINGS OR ADVISORIES IN EFFECT AT 6:06PM ..."

^I don't really ever look at / use those forecast things as they tend to be wrong. Well at least the ones I used were awful, "it will be slightly cloudy outside today w/ slight chance of rain" (Outside it's raining sideways and all my shit is knocked over....)

I do however look at the radar things as those tend to be more useful, or you know I just go outside and look at the sky.
