There's bad social stigma attached. A girl that likes sex is a slut (even if she doesn't sleep around) which is bad, but a guy who does is "cool" even if he fucks every girl in the town.

Why should we care if a girl sleeps around or not anyway? It's her right. As long as she's not rapping the people she sleeps with she's not hurting anyone. People should just live their sex life in whatever way they think is gonna make them happy and stop caring about how other people live their.

GIF doesn't have layers, it has animation frames and it's limited to 256 colors with a very crappy transparency.

Yeah, GIMP supports READING PSD, but not WRITING PSD, sadly.

You need to just stop being lazy and learn how to save in PSD format with GIMP. A single google shows hundreds of thousands of pages saying that it's File>Export rather than File>Save As.

They're called " douche-bags".

And most girls i know are horn dogs... Moreso than most men I know.  Tried playing D&D with a few of them in a group once. Female GM was all for Role Play Sexting with the girls in the group. Made for an awkward game. I quit (well, that and the ONLY way the GM could think of introducing my character and friend's female character who was a twin of mine, was by raping her  character... yeah, Paint.NET is free, but sucks because it needs NET... assuming one's still using XP that is.

there's also Krita, but it's more of a literal paint program than a graphic editor from what I've heard. also, limited windows support.
