Finally have internet back, yay! Well, sort of. Only one bar of wifi signal, and the router's really not being cooperative, but it's better than nothing. Moving house is such a pain.

I'm on third day of vacation, and have had time to relaxe completly for the first time in ages.
And still have 28 days more to just relaxe and have fun. Sweet summer joy;)

Sadly, no. I had hardly any space at all in the old house, so I wasn't able to collect much useless shit to begin with. But now I have about five times as much space, so the quantity of useless shit is most likely only going to increase from now on.

It's definitely nice to have more space though. My old bedroom wasn't big enough to swing a mouse, let alone a cat.

So, I got a sunburn today, on the back of my neck.

I was covered head-to-toe, put sunscreen on my face, lower arm and hands, even the tips of my ears. I didn't even think of putting sunscreen on my neck, and then I got a burn. Go figure.

I honestly can't tell you guys the last time I got a sunburn-- 6 years ago, maybe?-- my inner Floridian skills have failed me.

Slightly related... who exactly decided that sun damaged skin was attractive? Back in the Roman empire, and even farther back, paleness was considered attractive (because it showed that you didn't have to toil and were probably rich). But now many people bend over backwards to ~~put themselves at risk of skin cancer~~ get a tan. I, personally, am not crazy for tans. A little, sure, but not toasted. Opinions?
