I got a really nice chair with wooden arm rests and a full back and everything you sit on (seat and back) Are really nice leather. Although it is really starting to show it's age, Some of the leather is starting to crack.... Plus I would like one that sat a little higher maybe.

Not breathing suppresses the gag reflex. Hold breath on down, breathe on up. Gagging happens when your throat is obstructed and you try to breath. It's a natural response to your throat being obstructed and your body forcefully trying to clear it.

I spent months trying to find the chair I have now... ended up finding it in one of those places that get mass inventories from big corporations. It has real wood and real steel, none of that cheap fake leather and plastic crap. It's actually comfortable too. Damn hard to find an affordable chair like that.

The chair isn't wood.... just the arm rests are wood.
