Fiber ... is oddly very healthy for you. It also stimulates your shit when you go to the bathroom.

Stimulates? hardly. It just gives it structure.

I have started working out again only 3 days ago. The only sport I usually do is bicycle to transport myself and I wanna get more in shape. The problem is that today my abs hurt so much from doing set ups that I can't straighten my body enough to do push ups, and of course, more set ups are completely out. Damn I'm so weak! :'(

Did you mean sit-ups?
Also, you could try planks.

Ab workouts are worthless if you aren't doing a ton of cardio. Even if you could do 10,000 crunches in one sitting you couldn't see your abs unless you had really low body fat.

Cardio cardio cardio.

Crunches could hurt your back bad if you're unused to it.

Cardio and burnouts. Reduce your meat in-take to breast chicken/turkey or/and fish and increase your fiber from beans/wheat and get more fruits and veggies in your system. Excellent ways to get nice cuts and low body fat.

^ What's your favorite cardio exercise (i.e. not jogging)?

Same problem. I ended up doing one-arm pec flies.

I'm already vegetarian/almost vegan and I have increased my intake of soy proteins in consequence. It is not true that the best to lose weight is to do a to of cardio. The best is a mix of cardio and muscle training. While cardio burns more calories directly, gaining more muscle greatly increases your basal energy expenditure. Once you have reached your desired muscle mass, you can reduce the frequency of your work-outs and as long as you keep the same intensity, you're body mass will be maintained and that's basically free burned calories.

I just realized my current chair's armrests are also too low, so I've been having difficulty maintaining posture while sitting on it.
Need to get a new chair soon.

^ This and earning an degree.

You deserve a partial of my grand love - the people who take care of themselves physically. -Tatsu tears away a 3mm size bullet of his heart and places it on the BBT Table-

@ megido - I don't have a favorite for cardio. But as for weights, I'd go with any workout with dumbbells and boxing with a sandbag.

I like bicycle the best because I don't actually have to spend time doing it, since it's time I would have spent in public transits anyway. Otherwise I'd go with swimming because thanks to water dissipating your heat and sweat, it tricks you into working harder than it feels.
