EDIT: Got it, was mounting the CUE when I needed to mount the BIN file.... MAGIC KNIGHT RAYEARTH FOR SATURN! YYYAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!! The opening video must have been mind-blowing when it came out! Brilliant game all-around, the graphics are gorgeous and the gameplay is fast and responsive!

That game is great, I love it!
Intro with music and all, so pwettyyyy....
But they used a different version of the song comparing to the anime.

Yeah, I'm just blown away by the quality of the game! The intro is jaw-dropping, I like the song but I dunno how it goes in the anime(ive seen the first couple eps but it's been a while and I've been meaning to DL and watch the whole series) and the game is top-notch as far as I've gotten. Seems to follow the couple episodes I've seen really nicely while still being a fun game. Wish they'd make more like it, updated 2D graphics would be nice but there's a beauty to older 2D as well... like every pixel is positioned optimally and colors are strategically chosen. I'm so glad I got it running, prolly gonna watch anime till I fall asleep but I'll be plowing(sp?) through the game tomorrow.

EDIT2: @Megido: Yeah, it's a Sega Saturn emulator. It works rather nicely and doesn't *need* a BIOS as far as I'm aware. It runs on pretty substandard equipments, plays everything I've tried, allows a lot of customization. A lot of the schmups and fighters for Saturn are ports of arcade games that would be better played through MAME or the like but for those that aren't SSF is great. I'll one day buy some arcade boards to make up for the *non-piracy* I *might* commit but I'm still young and poor lol

I just started uni, it's actually pretty cool. I'm liking it so far, although I seem to have nothing to do during my 2 days off a week. Maybe I'll watch some animus.

I was doing the whole **** thing when I first joined and people were like "uhhh what? I can't be'z guessing yo!" It's like... I try to type things to sound as close to how I would say them as possible. I really don't even have to try, it's become habit so when I'd say "You can fuck right off" that's exactly what I'd like to type.

Why are 'family friendly' forums so lame? Maybe they should have an option to auto-censor shit that you view. Actually that brings up another point... why are you getting warned for typing stars? What fuckin jerks to act like they know what *YOU* meant. They can't, it's simply impossible. You should ask them where it says 'asterisks are prohibited and will result in a ban'. If they have such a rule I'd just tell 'em to fuck off and figure you're better off not wasting your time with such low-lifes.

EDIT: Oh yeah, no one's commented on my sig quote yet... I thought it was the funniest damn thing ever! The grammar is QUALITY, the content is QUALITY, the very spirit of it is LEGIT QUALITY.

EDIT2: I read the rules specifically pertaining to the Anime Discussion forum but couldn't find an answer so please don't Infinity Flame Breaker Strike me for this.... Is it alright to create threads to review anime or is there a forum or individual thread to post reviews? I'd like to try my hand at writing a coherent review but would prefer if at least a few people saw it.

Also, I haven't played Mass Effect but was under the assumption the combat was similar to Fallout 3 which seemed like FPSlite with RPGlite mechanics thrown on top

  Just deleted Koihime Musou, been trying to get through it but I just don't have the patience... the earlier episodes seemed watchable but eps 7 and 8 weren't so hot. Lin-Lin is pretty damn cute though.

Hopefully I'll be able to materialize some dough n get some external HDDs soon, I hate having to delete shit to get more. It's like anything I like I can't bring myself to delete as I'm 'archiving' it. It'd be nice to fit full 'disc images' or whatever you call an uncompressed copy of the data on a Blu-ray.

Now I'm trying to decide what to DL.... I'm thinking 'Full Moon wo Sagashite' or Boogiepop Phantom. I tried watching Boogiepop not too long ago but stopped in the first episode or 2 as there weren't any girls I found cute. People say it's top-notch, though and I think it's supposed to have different main characters in different episodes.
