I think I just learned an entirely new technique for making thicker omelet. I'd never thought of doing that before...

I mean, I wouldn't make it a cube like that or anything, but only adding a thin layer then rolling it then adding more and rolling that and so on.. that's brilliant.

That's pretty epic. I might have to go out and buy one of those pans now.

Also, most jobs in Canada pay around 40k right out of university, so I don't think it'll be that much of a problem to pay off 28k by the end of the grace period. My parents have pretty much already agreed to pay for the majority of it anyway. But I won't let that stop me from doing the best I can, don't worry.

Living in a country, where students hit the streets when the maximum tuition was raised to 1k€ a year. They were ignoring the fact that most students still don't have to pay for anything, especially if they went to universities close to their primary residence, and that the state covers for those unable to pay, through loans of which the student only has to pay back 50% (essentially negative)

Actually I was talking about germany... in hungary it's entirely different as well, something along the lines of free education but you are conscripted to work in hungary for 5 years or something like that.

...I'm not exactly a big omelet eater. I'd generally do something like a salad with a raspberry vinagarette, cherry cranberry pecano, fresh sliced strawberries, glazed pecans, maybe some feta cheese, maybe some sliced apples. Barring something like that, maybe a BLT or scrambled eggs + bacon or maybe some over easy eggs on a sandwich with mayonaise, etc. I don't do omelets very often.

US Citizens and Legal Permanent Residents in the United States get Grants, Scholarships (some you don't have to do anything for first year students) and especially FAFSA (Ferderal Aid). The costs for colleges/universities can skyrocket or be very cheap depending on where you're going. Best community college I know in my area and possibly through the whole country is Moraine Valley.
