Here's something I don't get...
Who, in the right mind, thinks YELLOW (or other bright and/or neon colors) is a GOOD idea for their subs?
I've seen it a few times and the level of 'areyoufuckingkiddin gme' reaches into the nth level.
Yellow was the standard color for subs back in the days, kiddo. You are late into the subbing game. Have some respect for your elders who went through great pain and effort to get it done (compared to now where it is comparatively easy to sub a show, but still a pain nonetheless).
Also if you don't like the colored subs, why not ask the subber nicely to change it rather than insulting/shouting at him. I am sure you will have better results. They are also built-in features in MPC and VLC alike where you can change color/font etc. And if they are hardsubs
and not available from any other source, well, get a RAW and sub it yourself using those subs.
Of course, nowadays, you have the much better white subs.
