LOL WOW I AM SO FAIL!

I just accidentally skipped an entire season ahead on this show I'm watching and I'm just like "Wow, this season had a big time jump..."

It's only after being like half an hour into it that I realize that I'm supposed to be on season 3, not season 4...

/facepalm
/cries
>_<

I've totally done that.

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

It's strange. I have been sticking to my workout routine for a few weeks and in the beginning, my muscles would hurt like hell during the day. Now I don't even feel them, yet I don't feel as though the routine itself got that much easier.

I just watched Akira for the first time. I heard it was really good, but it turned out better than I was expecting

Speaking of Akira, I should probably dl and finally watch it.

And then I can invite people over for an Akira showin--

http://youtu.be/AmnsN8tGUa4

oh.
That video is what reminded me to finally get around to watching it

The number of repeatitions I'm able to make before failure has not really increased.

1# The pain comes from the buildup of lactic acid in your muscles. As you train more, the whole process becomes more efficient and the pain stops.

2# If after several weeks of training at a novice level you can neither increase the repetitions nor the the resistance, you're not pushing yourself anywhere near the point you should.

Afaik you're a vegetarian right? then you need to increase your protein intake, probably Tofu or fava beans are the best. Fava beans essentially contain all the proteins that you'll find in meat, after all it's what we use to feed pigs, and they have the protein we need.

Ah ok that explains it then. I was wondering if it meant I was due to buy a heavier dumbbell. I might do it anyway since the one I have is too easy for my biceps.

Well technically only 2.5 weeks and I did notice that the muscles I'm training have increased in size a little.

I did. I take a glass of protein shake after each workout.

What?

Throw your veggie diet away and start drinking protein slurries and swallowing flanks of various animals whole (and raw)! you'll have a 6 pack in no time.

Having a 6 pack has more to do with having no belly fat whatsoever than with having big abs. Last I checked, vegs are generically thinner than meat eaters. I personally lost 25 pounds since I changed my diet. Beside, protein deficiency is very rare even among vegetarians and I already have plenty of protein in my diet. I'm vegetarian, not fruitarian.

With my genetics I can eat like an army and still be a skinny fuck. Or not skinny but "normal". The only thing that increases is the amount of toilet visits. I guess I drew the lucky card in life.

So back to doing nothing on my lazy Sunday.
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

For me it's up and down. about 9 months a year I'm loosing weight due to involuntary starvation (the grocery store is to far away when I'm lazy) and the rest of the time I gain weight at home...

I dropped a bunch of weight this summer because I was biking to work and doing labour.

Now I'm trying to keep it off.
