I gain fat really easy too. I'm hoping that gaining a bit muscle weight will help speed my metabolism a little and keep me healthy since I haven't lost any weight for a year and I wouldn't mind stuffing my face a little more.

What?

Throw your veggie diet away and start drinking protein slurries and swallowing flanks of various animals whole (and raw)! you'll have a 6 pack in no time.
Having a 6 pack has more to do with having no belly fat whatsoever than with having big abs. Last I checked, vegs are generically thinner than meat eaters. I personally lost 25 pounds since I changed my diet. Beside, protein deficiency is very rare even among vegetarians and I already have plenty of protein in my diet. I'm vegetarian, not fruitarian.

lol you took my comment way to seriously. at this rate you'll give yourself an ulcer rather than a 6 pack.

With my genetics I can eat like an army and still be a skinny fuck. Or not skinny but "normal". The only thing that increases is the amount of toilet visits. I guess I drew the lucky card in life.

So back to doing nothing on my lazy Sunday.

I'm pretty much the same. I've been known to eat a whole tub of ice cream and lose weight afterwards.

How much is a tub?

I'd imagine there'd be varying sizes of tubs.

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

Hence my question.

Standardizing tub sizes - it's at the top of Meggidos bucket list.

Followed by standardizing bucket sizes.

Now that I think about it, I don't use buckets.

If you don't use buckets. How do you carry lava around?

Speaking of weight... I've never even hit 100 lbs. But I am petite so it makes sense (my friends joke around that I'm 4-foot 12-inches instead of 5' even...). I also do yoga, and while it's not made for losing weight, it keeps me moving and my metabolism running smoothly.

Anyway, I'm starting to regret having decided to take an online Women's Literature class. Most of what we have to read has to do with angry (usually black) lesbians saying men = bad! women = good! and it's getting tiring. At least it's an easy Gordon rule credit :D
