All of that takes operating tables and someone there to do it and so on and so forth. I doubt they'd let you do that. You're tied up about to be shot and can't do anything, so essentially you're limited to things that you can do with your mind and transcending seems to be about the only option other than resigning yourself to your fate.

I mean I guess there's always the possibility of some other similar move like finding magical power deep within you and becoming a sorcerer/sorceress and annihilating them all with magic, or making a deal with some kind of demon for assistance or some such.

There's a lot of options I suppose, but they all essentially revolve around the same theme as I see it.

As far as I am aware if my memory is correct from watching GiS / GiS stand alone complex  (I most likely watched it more recently then you did... but that is besides the point) they were able to remotely back up the ghost with out hooking anything up. The problem would be finding a new body but I am sure that it would be possible at least in that world.. You just better hope that it uploaded within that 5min hah

I have been so busy in the past three days that I couldn't find time to work out while I had worked out almost everyday 3 weeks before. While my number of repetitions didn't grow much during that time, now suddenly I can do everything almost twice as many times for each exercises. At this point, it's obvious that I have no fucking idea what the heck I'm doing. Maybe I should a PE teacher for help at my college.
No rest days?
I didn't know I needed those. I thought the more you train the better.

How much rest? Because I did skip a few days here and there when I didn't have time and it didn't seam to help.

Burk, you don't really need to take "rest days" but it is highly suggested for you to do so. Rest days grants you better self esteem, stronger body and builds damaged/worn out tissues. Your rest days is for you to take advantage of and get in high protein and if you're looking to get bigger, go with very high carbs like potatoes, white rice, etc. Avoid all red meats and focus on white meats like fish, chicken and turkey breasts. Anyways, that's my advice.

Protein rebuilds your tissues, carbs grants mass to your body. Of course vitamins are essential but you want to get that from vegetables, not pills. Tomatoes are hella good. And with all that, go get some wheat bread with 100% whole wheat and high in grams (20+ grams, Sara Lee's my favorite) wheat bread also has fiber. You can get more fiber from beans, darker beans are excellent in high fiber. Whole grain, fiber, protein and vitamins are a must. Carbs are only good in the morning but if you want to gain lots of mass then you want to increase your meals from 3 to 5 or 6 a day with lots of carbs in. Don't take carbs at least 4 to 6 hours before you go to sleep - not good.

Get at least two rest days in. Three is excellent, too.

I'm still gonna ask a PE teacher since I'm not sure your advices are fit for my physiology.

Anyway, I'm sure it's possible to train more efficiently than I am but the good news is that I'm still getting results. I think I need I bigger dumbbell because doing biceps curls it a lot easier than when I started. IIRC, I could only lift it like 6 or 7 times when I started and today I did 18.

When I was doing the coffee+apple 'diet', I ended up taking double the vitamins & minerals because it's hell on your body.
Lost a good amount of (non-water) weight as well in a short period of time.
-Though I don't see myself doing it again because it was HELL on my body.

I meant muscle training. There was periods of my life when I spent 10 hours a week biking.

Pills are okay to cover what you didn't cover. Pills are not okay to be part of your regular diet and to shadow real nutrition. Avoiding pills is better for the body. Because how the hell does a pill need to be absorbed through your body? It needs to go through your liver and your liver will have to work harder ... Not a good idea.

Eat vegetables at night. Eat fruits in the morning. Vegetables are good all around but are best at night time.

So it turns out the awesome Maclaren headphones I was given, and was so pleased with a few posts ago, are actually just re-branded Beats Studio headphones. I'm very disappointed in myself. :(

Although they are actually decent headphones, surprisingly enough. Not good enough to be worth anywhere near the £200 or so they seem to normally cost, but for half that price they'd be a good buy, IMO.

Shure SRH840! But there are other good ones out there. I love these headphones. I want better headphones now since I've got a high-end audio card.

This kinda sucks ... no one wants to translate Kimi ga Nozomu Eien ~ LE or even the original version. But the LE is much better and longer.

Pills? You want to avoid. Protein whey (isolated and hydro/hydro-build) is good but not a substitute for your regular meals.
