What's the problem with pills?
When I was doing the coffee+apple 'diet', I ended up taking double the vitamins & minerals because it's hell on your body.
Lost a good amount of (non-water) weight as well in a short period of time.
-Though I don't see myself doing it again because it was HELL on my body.
That's a terrible fucking idea.
It is, but I had to lose a decent chunk of weight in a short period of time.
1 serving of white meat a day, lots of vegetables, wheat and fiber. Exercise ... running 15 minutes a day.
Not very hard to do. Best way to lose fat with small efforts.
