I'll note that fiber is not going to fix darth sid. fiber helps when you are suffering from diarrhea, and it actually hurts if you have constipation often, that said, get a nice hearty potato stew with a sausage and you'll feel better. At least it always worked for me xD

Avoid eating pork by all means. Yuck .. Switch those out for beans.

Potatoes are good only in the morning for carbs. Wheat contains carbs, high fiber and good fats. It doesn't have high carbs like potatoes do, though.

I'm german and potato stew has to have at least some bockwurst in there, and combine with carrot stew it's one of the staple foods for the sick around here (of course you add some freshly baked whole-wheat dark bread to that). Considering that I rarely get sick (I think the last time was over 2.5 years ago) and when I get sick I'm healthy in a few days again, I'd say it works just fine!

Despite being such an advanced nation, the Japanese really love their paperwork. I've lost track of how many annoying forms I've had to fill in by hand now.

Yesterday I learned not to order drinks at IHOP because they're $3 each (we're talking like a small glass of orange juice or apple juice), and in fact, not to go to IHOP at all because that place has turned to crap.

My old house actually had a cold room. The owners had the basement fully converted into a huge 4th bedroom that they intended to use as their master bedroom when they lived there, but it was always 10 degrees cooler than upstairs so they didn't even use it. I snatched it up immediately when my buddies and I moved in. They set the actual house in the low 70s so my room was always 65 or below =D. Sadly, the house I'm in now doesn't even have central air. I thought I was going to die this summer. I don't deal well with 80 degrees, let alone 100+.

Searching..? No. I just left it up on my second Firefox browser that I have configured to my SSH server where I keep all my torrent trackers up on shows I'm currently watching. I'd just check if anyone added it on Tuesdays and Thursdays when my shows come on (Agents of SHIELD, The Originals, The Vampire Diaries).

I already saw it in theaters, I just wanted a copy since I totally have a girl crush on Faora... so badass.
