Beef, roasted potatoes, thinly cut carrots, beef stock ... the ultimate beef stew. Mmm.

Not enough pork.
Keep that disgusting shit to yourself.

Internet Explorer: The Anime -- feat Inori Aizawa
I assume that all these robots that miss anthropological Internet Explorer is destroying are the metaphorical representation of our computers.
What the....?? And here I thought after watching enough anime and hentai I could finally say "I have seen it all".
Awesome! Microsoft did something cool.

Gosh we had good food today in  school :3

Oh, and there is a reason for my latent inactivity, I'm having problems with my sleep again (+ I'm currently into gaming).
I wake up multiple times during night, hardly sleeping for longer than an hour in one go :/
For the last 2 days I haven't even had the energy to play games.... Just lie in ny bed and watch TV....

I'm not skipping school tho.

Ohohoh!!! Also, gonna get rid of my braces in my mouth today!!! Yay~

So if polar caps melted, it would look like this:
http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2013/09/rising-seas/if-ice-melted-map

Looking at Norway it remains pretty much the same along with Greece, Iberia and Iceland. Fuck yeah bitches, bring the global warming on  ;D
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

I like being in Colorado. Hardly any natural disasters. Only thing I have to worry about is the Tornado that comes once in a blue moon or perhaps the Yellowstone super volcano.

That's a conservative estimate. Some other estimates are a lot more severe. Like crazy lady from zetatalk's:

Huh I dunno anything about Russia's topography or the amount that the ocean would increase by if all the ice melted, but that picture seems bonkers to me. Not to mention Australia being practically submerged.

That's more interesting. Looks like my entire global neighbourhood would go under.

Also, it's not completely bollocks.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_European_Plain

We aren't exactly a mountainous area :o

Given something like a 10m rise in sea levels. We'd drown like little bitches.
Scratch that, that'd require about 100m rise.

Eh some of us would drown. Most of us would survive though. Seems like China'd still be somewhat unaffected. Probably due to the Himalaya's, so population would still be a problem.

Putting computers together sure is a lot of work... I don't even think I have the proper screws to install my SSD.

What's the problem? Just drive to your nearest hardware store.

Just to get the proper screws, doing that much is still a lot of work.

1. I don't even know what type of screw it needs.
2. The "nearest" hardware store is really fucking far away.
3. It's late, and dark.

edit: And also, I called Samsung and after like 5 minutes of a billion fucking categories it tells me their hours are 9am to 9pm and they're closed... I'm looking at my clock... 8:45... So I pull up their live chat...

Most likely, you're looking for a starhead. That's the third most proliferate style of screw in the USA anyway, behind Philips and flat.

That map that Tiff posted is ridiculously wrong.

Though not the nat geographic one is any better. They were lazy and just coloured everything under a fixed elevation ocean. The world doesn't work like that . Lakes don't suddenly start rising even if the sea does. Baikal would most likely dry up more, not expand, for example. There's also a pretty big difference in sea levels around the globe. South and Nort Atlantic are NOT at the same level, much less the Mediterranean and the Pacific.
What's much more interesting than the unavoidable flooding of Netherlands is how the eventual changes in sea currents would shape the climates. Finland might actually get fucking cold and Norway might as well be named Svalbard alltogether.

Oh, btw. Tiff, just scavenge screws off your other drives. They'll hold just fine with one or two screws less.

They don't use the same size of screw as normal HDD's and I have plenty of those screws.

Your drives all use the same size screws?
Wow, I quess US is better in some ways afterall. All my computers are filled with gazillion different size screws for hard drives, optical drives, diskette drives, cooling elements, even the goddamn power sources and cases themselves. Always found some that fit a drive missing it's own.
I do also have a small box with all the extra ones I don't use currently though, that helps a lot since most come with extra screw or two.

Because we can!
