Whichever makes your quality of life higher.

Higher EV ftw. More marginal benefit per dollar or per unit of happiness gained from people/surroundings is sorta on you.

It depends where you live.
The cost of living can vary pretty wildly from place to place, at least in the USA.

It's also my first non-hourly job, so I don't expect to get paid a massive salary.
But the 30k job has has better insurance, and both have pretty good retirement plans.
