I've been taken this for about a week and a half now, only on the days I work out and right before I go to bed. When I wake up, I feel refreshed and my muscles seem to want to push harder, which I only started doing that with my legs today. I was able to do a lot more than I thought. Pretty good stuff.

Norway has a mild climate due to the Gulf stream... so yes, Florida keeps us warm. However, Norway starts at roughly the same latitude as Greenland. I personally live at N60, but I remember when I was in army living in the Northern part of Norway at around N68. The lack of sun was evident during the winter, so yeah, we were suntanning at -10C. (When there is no wind, you don't feel any cold while under the sun)
