Turns out Plan B doesn't work for fatties.
All the more reason for them to slim down  ;D
I'm more surprised that the average weight of the American women is slightly lighter than my weight.
I don't know how their joints can take it seeing as women tend to have thinner bones.
There is sense in nonsense...Just remove the non...

their joints can't take it
humans are not designed to be fat
I can't stand obese people, they don't deserve any medical treatment (unless they have some metabolic or other disease influencing their weight)

Aaaand the doctor gave me prescriptions for atarax 25mg x 100 and melatonin 3mg 2x100
sleeping problems are... Annoying.
the Atarax was given me because the melatonin takes closer to 2hrs for 6mg to take effect for me, so, If it doesn't take effect within 2hrs, I'll take the Atarax.
+ I need take take the melatonin at 9pm now, instead of 10pm.

I've read that melatonin actually has a bell shaped response curve, as in less can have a stronger affect than more, depending on the dose. 1.5 MG melatonin + 400MG Magnesium Glycinate works best for me.

well, for me, 1mg doesn't effect at all, 3mg hardly, and even 6mg takes at max, 4 hrs before taking effect. and as the 6mg dose does effect me usually between 1-2hrs. Which is why I got atarax as a backup plan.

^in your case I'd start to get worried about dependency

The problem with that is that fat acts towards sexual hormones like a sponge. It absorbs most of them and the releases them slowly. And what are contraceptive pills made of? Hormones (estrogens and progestins, in the case of Plan B only progestins). A higher dose might have a positive effect, but the way hormones work with fat present aren't that well researched.

Also it might not be necessary, as obesity lowers fertility substantially (not only because of hormones, but also because sometimes fat protrudes into the fallopian tubes, or fat compresses the fallopian tube)

Well, seeing as I've ALWAYS had sleeping problems, I would rather be depended on meds that let me sleep than not sleep.

well I can understand that much, but if that goes on you'll just build a stronger resistance against melatonin, which means at one point it won't help at all.

I've seem that for real. Having to transfer a women weighing 180 kilos from the operating table to a bed was an even worse nightmare, despite six of us doing the work  :-\

Well, I use melatonin to get back into sleeping rhythm, and then only use it when needed.
and don't forget, I have a high resistance to meds.
They needed to give me meds they usually give to 90kg grown up men when I was 60kg and 14 y.o.
Also, my File in the hospital is so freaking thick, I laugh everytime I see it  --> 3 cm Thick and I guess 2kg. The paper version. Then there is the online documents.

yk, the nurses in the local general hospital used to know our family by name and used to ask ''why are you here this time?''

The funny thing is, one of the professors doing ultrasounds diagnostics started a diet and workout, stating: "I can't make fun of all these obese people if I'm overweight myself". He weighed 80kg at the time. I'm still wondering why those people come to the clinic with him making fun of them, but I guess they don't have alternatives in terms of location.

Genetics plays a pretty big role in if a person grows up obese or not.

Heritabilities for obesity-related phenotypes varied from 6% to 85% among various populations.

I won't judge people until I get a sample of their DNA.
