FREAKING KNEW what was going to happen to Satsuki but holy shit, that was total wreckage.
9000+ out of 10 for me. Awesome episode.

I figured this little puzzel out.
(click to show/hide)ryuuko's father is also satsuki's father. He was banished since he took ryuuko's dead body, replaced or infused her heart with life fiber in a better experiment than the mothers. He took a hit losing his eye with his leg getting crumbled. Regardless, he still took care of ryuuko in his own way regretting what he did to her when she was a toddler (he kept pushing her away). Sinketsu has a lost eye like the father and the probability of him being her father is extremely high - he likes her blood, and he can be at his best when worn by Ryuuko. So now its satsuki's story and what her father taught her.
All speculation but it would be damn deep just thinking about it this way.
I like this.
