Need Help Regarding Re-Seed

my seed ratio in my account is extremely low and it will be evaluated in 4 days time. I also deleted all the torrents I downloaded using BakaBT from my computer. I tried re-downloading the torrent I finished downloading in BakaBT to re-seed them however the torrent didn't start at all just stated "Finding Peers". I did not know there is a must to seed the torrent once it has been done downloading from BakaBT until recently I received a warning message,truthfully I always download torrent and don't seed because I'm afraid it might hinder my internet speed for gaming while seeding. I'm very new to torrents sorry.

Therefore is there anyway to repent my sins and allow me to re-seed the torrents I downloaded before?

Try installing an older version of uTorrent (e.g. v.2.2).

Thanks which build u recommend? I tried the "For First Timers" way to re-seed my torrents however after the forced re-check it went to stopped 0.0% and I click start it's not seeding instead just "Finding Peers" stuck there.

I'm using build 2.2 uTorrent now. I redownloaded the torrent I finished downloading before and did the newbie steps in the wiki. Browse downloaded files in my pc and unchecked "Start Torrent" Then Force Re-check and the bar started filling up until "Stopped" I right clicked and Start afterward the Status turns "Downloading" does that mean it's seeding now in Build 2.2?

No, it means you're downloading, so you should stop it first.

okay I re did the steps properly but it's shown downloading in the end instead of seeding in the status column. WHat should I do next?

If after forced re-check you don't get 100%, you are either doing something wrong or don't have proper files at all.

One of the torrents I downloaded works eureka seven is seeding now. however another 2 for example a movie called brave story and naruto by ANBU_Aone is not 100% even after force re-check. I didn't rename the files or so in the past after downloading. I just moved them to another drive thats it. Is there any possibilities I'm doing something wrong like?

^ Make sure the torrents you're starting aren't set to auto-start.
^ You can only seed torrents which verify to 100%

You can always download content from elsewhere to re-seed back on BakaBT. Anything available elsewhere that's also available here, is seedable here as well. The same exact files, mind you.

i have the same issues,
i already did the newbie steps in bakabt wiki too,
but why is my torrent status always stuck on "finding peers"?
im currently using bit torrent 7.8

Downgrade your torrent client. The latest builds of uTorrent and BitTorrent are glitchy.
