Mardock Scramble: The Third Exhaust

Heya,

Quick question and im not sure if this is the right section, but oh well. I really enjoyed the first two installments of the Mardock Scramble movie trilogy. I was eagerly awaiting the third and final film and to the best of my knowledge it has been out for quite some time now and should be subbed and available. I however cant seem to find it anywhere. Has anyone watched this yet and/or know where to get it? Or am I mistaken and its actually not out/been out long enough.?
