If you're thinking of codecs, yes there are 64-bit and 32-bit versions, but they don't work the way you think they do; you only need, generally, the 32-bit version of any codec. As for MPC-HC/Haali, well, it has ALWAYS been 32 bit, and works fine on Win7 x64 Ultimate - lol.
"Internet filters" have absolutely nothing to do with any codec or MPC-HC/VLC/ffdshow/splitter/LAV/whatever installation. You're simply going to need to (re)install the 32-bit codec(s) and app(s).
