I searched on google and it looked like it only worked with 32 bit versions? So I got that to replace my 64bit mpc and it didn't help.

I then found to go to turn off internet filters and that didn't help either.

Can any one help me with this?

If you're thinking of codecs, yes there are 64-bit and 32-bit versions, but they don't work the way you think they do; you only need, generally, the 32-bit version of any codec.  As for MPC-HC/Haali, well, it has ALWAYS been 32 bit, and works fine on Win7 x64 Ultimate - lol.

"Internet filters" have absolutely nothing to do with any codec or MPC-HC/VLC/ffdshow/splitter/LAV/whatever installation.  You're simply going to need to (re)install the 32-bit codec(s) and app(s).
