Can someone confirm R2J quality - Princess Lover

Yeah, but not R2J, this "is" the DVD, its supposedly just a muxed DVD to include subtitles, can you not see all the squares around the edges of every single line, and all the damage to the detail of the guy's jacket?

This is not normal of Japanese DVD's

This is what I wanted to discuss, has anyone ever seen this before in Japanese Region 2 DVD raws?
