Can someone confirm R2J quality - Princess Lover

I supposedly have R2J copies of Princess Lover, but I want to know, were they actually this bad?

Thats just two quick shots of some of the offending scenes I found, the entire thing seems to be riddled like this.

Yeah, but not R2J, this "is" the DVD, its supposedly just a muxed DVD to include subtitles, can you not see all the squares around the edges of every single line, and all the damage to the detail of the guy's jacket?

This is not normal of Japanese DVD's

This is what I wanted to discuss, has anyone ever seen this before in Japanese Region 2 DVD raws?
