Adult Filter setting?

Is this for Hentai only?
I want to turn it on,but not sure if this is a filter for hentai or anything with nudity in it?

So should I turn it on,if I have no interest in hentai?

It's for hentai. If you want to find non-hentai with nudity in it, you can use the keyword Nudity, and toggle off hentai.

Edit: I'm assuming you're not talking about the "Show adult content" setting in the settings page, which you have to mark to browse for hentai.

It only affects hentai anime and h-manga.
Disabling adult content will only affect these results, and no other regardless if it is considered adult content due to nudity and such.
