I came to this thread, preparing to laugh and laughs I got.
I as well, am a person who gets a tad too talkative at times + I don't give a fuck.
So I guess either that type of worker needs to be told reeeally directly and as harshly as one can to shut the fuck up or then giving a warning if you can or to take it to the managament.
