Hello.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows any good online shops to buy old anime series with English subtitles.
(preferably English friendly shops)

I had bought The Dog of Flanders, Marco and Tongari Boushi no Memoru
from Hkdvdstore.com but I see it's not online anymore!

And I would like to buy some more series that I had seen like Perrine, etc.

Google can't halp you?
At least in Finland Finnish, Swedish and English subs are quite standard on pretty much any DVD....
So just google for a shop in your language and see what you get?

I live in Greece and we don't have any anime shops here.
And even if we had, they would be much expensive!

I found this here:
http://www.shopanimedvd.com/default.php
I thought to ask in case anyone knows any good one with good service and prices.

Honestly, I can't find any other.
A couple have dead links, yesasia doesn't have the series I'm after, and I don't want Japanese shops.

Quite a problem it is then... Try to order from Germany or Spain? They have relatively big anime industry in Europe, so does Sweden.
But I don't know that do they have eng. Subs even though I think it to be highly likely.

....also you can always order from honkong....

Right Stuf does international shipping. They mostly carry newer US releases, but do have a clearance bin for older ones. Though lots of older series have gotten picked up by Discotek and Right Stuf/Nozomi recently, and you can get those series there easily. Things like Rose of Versailles, Sea Prince and Fire Child, Unico, Princess Knight, and whatever are there.

Well, honkong is honkong. You never know what you find.
I know a person who orders his anime from honkong, raws, no subs, dubs in Japanese.
....or then they are English publications.

And giving money to pirates when you could usually be downloading for free instead.

Got any old fansubs on HDD/DVD/CD? Please take a look at this thread.

Yeah, if I remember right there's actually a site that just supplies Subtitles for anime. You can torrent MKV Extract or MKV Merge and add them into an existing file.
Seinen and Slice of Life cannot describe the same title, because daily life is too boring to be called a plot. Ecchi/fanservice is not plot either.
