Yeah, uh, don't do that. Clear out the old one and follow the reseeding guide.

If you're still seeding to both trackers, remove the public one immediately.

... You can easily figure out which one to remove, if you've been using torrents on the private tracker. Obviously you cut the one that doesn't match the other torrents' tracker URLs.
