Sociopath, one who cannot empathize with others. Has little or no concept of "other" in their personal frame of reference. As in all children before they reach concrete operational level of brain development are sociopaths, they do not have the concept of other established yet. Or you could just say they are all stoned out of their minds.

Generalizing people into stereotype groups is also generally fairly useless.

Psychiatric diagnoses are supposed to aid treatment and research, not stigmatize people by reducing them to their disease or condition.
