Subtitles (especially 'Towanoquon')

(1/1)

vykr:
Can anyone help me with a good quality subtitle site.
I have used 'allsubs' and 'Subscene' in the past -though 'Subscene' seems rather erratic- but, i am having difficulty in finding decent subtitles for 'Towanoquon' and 'Miyori no Mori'.

Thank you,
vykr

First of all; Takeshi, thank you for the link to 'Towa no quon'.

Re. 'Miyori no Mori' I already have this version: I was hoping to extract the subs and re-mux them to a better quality (7.6Gb) raw file but, the timings aren't in synch and, unfortunatly, I am not skilled enough to correct this -nor do i have any software to do the job for me.

I would still appreciate it if someone could suggest a decent subtitle site.

Thank you.

Most probably you'll need someone to do the timing for you. Timing it yourself is pointless since you'll ruin the experience for yourself.

Only thing that comes to mind is to use a video player that has built in subtitle delay controls and adjust the subtitles as you watch (MPC comes to mind), this is assuming you plan on watching it only once and by yourself. Though I think even this solution won't be much of help either, but I can't remember why ...
