Best yuri out there too, imo.

If you want similar things uh... Pretty much everything in the Macross series is 2 girls in space and fighting stuff. Two girls changing hosts (well, if it counts if it's more like a huge living mech) then Rah-Xephon.

If you want yuri and fighting though you've gotta go for Simoun, or if you want it on less of a large scale where it isn't huge battles and instead personalized one-on-one then go for Mnemosyne (which is one of the best animes out there).

And who knows, maybe I'm turning into a pervert and seeing yuri and yaoi everywhere, even where there is none, thanks to you lot of perverts. And I'm not saying that in a bad way. ;D
