Help I Cannot Seed ?

So i downloaded a lot and forgot to seed , but now even though Utorrent shows the torrents as seeding bakabt shows nothing , this had happened once before and it automatically fixed itself , also as my isp is strange basically my whole city is under the same ip adress.



Can the staff please look into this issue .

Heres my earlier thread with the same issue , Dunno how my isp is shaping my traffic though

Hmm, you're the only peer on all of those torrents. That's odd, and reminds me of another guy who posted the same thing recently. Maybe you can find the thread; I doubt it's further than the second or third page on the help board.

Not that I know much, but is that Windows? If so, 1.8.3 won't work - it's not whitelisted. The 1.8.3 whitelisted is for Mac..

Same error on 2.2.1 , 3.2.2 and 3.3.1(latest) , also same error on vuze and transmission , so i really dont think its the clients fault .   
Should there be any port settings for torrents , utorrent is set to randomize ports at every startup.

Try another client on the whitelist temporarily.
Try also resetting your entire network (modem, router, switches, connected devices, etc.) - shut everything down and start it back up.

Does not seem computer related , i think the problemn somehow lies with my isp as using a vpn like hotspot shield solves the issue , but a vpn is not the option as it is slow

Yeah, sounds like traffic shaping. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something on your side before blaming the ISP.
