I have a few questions:
1. My ratio has increased from 0.027 to 0.285. Is it enough to become unwarned?
2. I live in the US, can I get in trouble for seeding your torrents at any point?

Theoretically, yes, but the chances are pretty low. To be on the safe side, avoid extreme shotacon/lolicon manga, Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, and other high-profile shounen titles. Everything else is mostly safe

Also, I have 1 more problem. My warning tells me that my evaluation will be in 1 hour, then this hour passes and it says that it will be in one hour again. Bug or this system works that way?
