Some Torrents unable to update (ul/dl)

Hi everyone,

I've noticed an enormous discrepancy in some of my torrents, as they end up in some of the following scenarios.

1) stops Updating tracker stats after download finishes
2) used to update normally but suddenly stops, similar to the above
3) never updates

the thing that is most unusual, is that out of all my 150+ active torrents, only a few fell victim to this problem.

Examples:

1) Bleach
stopped updating after it hit 899.18 GB.
2) Neon Genesis Evangelion Music Collection
this has seeded nearly 50 GB but the tracker shows both 0 up and down. it is not freeleech.
3) Accel World, Kikou Senkan Nadesico, Nisemonogatari, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika, Ghost in the Shell, Code Geass Season 1, Code Geass Season 2
these have correct download reflected but extremely inaccurate upload.
starting from the left in the format "Reported/Actual uploaded"
13MB/48.81GB, 0.0GB/73.70GB, 10MB/23.44GB, 3.77GB/64.97GB, <1MB/7.38GB, <1MB/54.26GB, 16.59GB/63.68GB

i will provide a full list of my torrents. keep in  mind that it is shown that every torrent is from bakaBT, shown on the left.
additionally, i have changed servers before and the listed stats are accumulated since last server swap. there are also maybe additional problems that i have not noticed.
rtorrent 0.9.3/0.13.3 +ruTorrent 3.5 (ruTorrent is an interface one uses to control rtorrent)
