I've recently found out what seeding is after I received the low ratio warning and I am making progress on fixing the ratio. So, my question is do I need to keep myself logged on to the BakaBT website while seeding to record the amount of data uploaded? Thank you very much :)

No. Stat tracking is done via passkey, not IP.
