Naruto 480p?

Okay, my other thread got closed without any reason so I'll just repost my question

Is 480p the best resolution I could get from naruto? What about shippuuden?
I'm asking about the official sources... (tv,dvd,bluray)
I've found out that ep1-220 and shippuuden 1-53 was SD then 54 onward was HD:

Anyway, I'm not familiar with the anidb site so I don't know where to find the answer 
I can't see the OVAs there..


BTW, at the bottom of the episode list, I see "Pxxx (parody of epxxx)".. What are those??
