So where do they go from here?
back to developing ubuntu, its not like they can start another crowd funding in a few months.

but to be on the bright side, they might be in the middle of sorting out their plans with the new investors.
who knows, they might just announce that some company will be producing an ubuntu phone for them.

I just hope they're going to find a way to do something like this with the boot screen. http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2013/08/mock-ubuntu-boot-screen-is-pretty-slick

@mgz: TBH, any kind of analysis is bull shit. The moment they publish it, it change people's opinion about the issue and thus it diverts the results from the analysis.

i just noticed a bad pun o.o

but analysis is needed for progress, without analyzing the current situation they won't be able to create a solution.

That was always the plan to begin with, yeah. That's why they're not very upset about the crowdfunding failure.

Haha, didn't notice the pun. I'm not saying that analyzing is bad but in this case it probably aren't that good. It's like having a quick count published before a voting begins.

Yep. All my money has been refunded too. They also took care to refund PayPal's conversion fees, for people backing from outside of the States. I was expecting to just get my money back in USD and have to go bug Canonical about it, but PayPal actually refunded directly to my credit card.

I guess this means you couldn't get any kind of profit from the exchange value.

I know that but she said she found her cousin name (that she has doubt), this could only mean unless her cousin name start with an A, she scrolls down the page her name caught her eye.

If they did that, they'd also have plenty of people losing money and getting all pissy. In the end it'd be PayPal taking the hit to the wallet.
