- Irisviel von Einzbern from Fate/Zero for the same above reason. (how can I forget)
- Kaguya Sumeragi from Code Geass. Smart, cunning, courageous, beautiful and the best leader/king/queen after Zero/Lelouch in Code Geass.
- Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail. She is a true leader. Even though she suffers a lot throughout she doesn't complain one bit and does it with pride. (yeah, ok. I don't know how to describe her).

Nanoha, Madoka, Major Sakamoto, Major Motoko, Eve Neuschwanstein, Asuka, Drossel von Flügel and the list goes on and on.....
Too many, should've made it simpler like, most awesome female character, that would be easier.
If I had to choose, it would be Nanoha.
