Dragonar Academy
AniDB | Official

Release: ??.??.2013
Description: Learning to ride and tame dragons comes easy to most students at Ansarivan Dragonar Academy—except for first-year student Ash Blake, who is known by his fellow classmates as the “number one problem child.” Poor Ash is the laughing stock at school because, despite his unfashionably large star-shaped brand that marks him as a future dragon master, he has nothing to show for it. His dragon has never appeared.
Until now, that is. One fateful day, Ash's dragon awakes in full glory, but appears different than any dragon ever seen before—in the form of a beautiful girl! What's worse, Ash soon discovers that this new dragon has attitude to spare, as she promptly informs him that she is the master, and he, the servant.

Ash's problems with dragon riding have only just begun.

The manga is pretty horrible, hope they improve it.
Or at least remove the tentacle rape scenes...

Because we can!

Dragons lay eggs, so rape would be a cloaca kiss?
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Ewww...

Anyway from the description this reminded me of to Zero no Tsukaima, except the master role being reversed.

Stop me if you've heard this. But, um okay I guess the dragon took the tiger's role??? Dunno, might be interesting to me.

But...if past record is any indicator, all the ones Tats brings up that seem meh, end up being ones I really like. Odd that.

More like zero no tsukaima 2.0 indeed. Reverse the rolls of the summoner and the human into a dragon => gg.

At least zero no tsukaima has the setting that I love the most in which hight tech stuff from our world invokes the Clarke's 3rd law in the other world. And by suffering from the overwhelming tsundere crap, I got at least rewarded with a fighter jet scene in the last eps.

This one probably has nothing like that, so it is on the lowest place of the priority list, but will be given the standard 3 ep chance.

What would be cool is another story similar to Spice & Wolf, at least in the form of fantasy mixed in realism with some in-depth stuff ... Kinda sucks all this shit series is coming out dedicated to money rather than originality.

Ha, Spice & Wolf was literally dedicated to money... or economics at least.

Half of it is, the other half is different! You read the Novel?

Was reading the manga. Even if it was animated I can't say it will get anything more than 7/10. The story is mediocre. For lazy time when you have nothing better to do.
