How do you put up seeds for frostwire?

Hello, I recently made an account on BakaBT and downloaded a lot of anime. My Ratio is bad and I want to improve it. I have never really seeded before so I was wondering if anyone knew how to put files from my computer into frostwire to seed. I tried putting it in the library but it doesn't show the files being seeded. I checked all my settings and the seeded options are all turned on. If anyone knows how to put them up for seeding, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I have checked both the wiki and did a forum search, but could not find any information for seeding on frostwire. Once again, thanks in advance.

Thanks. There are too many programs and stuff that I don't know where to begin or what to get. I am downloading utorrent now, hopefully i'll be able to figure it out and get to seeding as soon as possible.

For uTorrent I recommend version 2.2.1
New versions have worse performance and more bugs.

Allowed versions: 1.5.x, 1.6.x, 1.7.x, 1.x (Linux, Mac OS X, BeOS)

seedboxes+linux=Transmision 2.+/rTorrent (it is not even listed)
you can see them in every torrent and yet they are not allowed
Can you imagine how they will stop 50-60% (or even more) of the actual seed?
Both programs are good and stable for linux

Erm.. What? Please check the frequently updated whitelist page, as mentioned even in that Wiki page..
