Don't know what to do anymore.

Found my ratio is 0.016 due to me loosing everything that i downloaded. So now I'm trying to improve my ratio by trying to download some stuff so I can seed but the problem is that I can't download anything in order to try to seed and improve my ratio. If anybody can help or have any advice that would be great. P.S. I'm a noob be kind. :)

1) Start seeding all torrents you have downloaded. And keep them seeding 24/7 for a long time.
2) Check out the PFCorner userpage at http://bakabt.me/user/1147153/PFCorner.html
3) Read all recent topic on the forum about the same issue you are having.

Did I mention to keep seeding (uploading) everything you have downloaded?
At this moment you are not seeding anything.
If you can't seed yourself, let PFCorner do the job for you.
