Anime about guys
« on: August 04, 2013, 10:24:59 PM »
Hello all,
I just finished Kuroko no basket and I can't sleep.... I fell so empty like I was just left alone by a very good friend. How weird and twisted does this shound?! It's been a while since I marathoned like this through a show and it's been a great great weekend.... but I just feel like it ended too soon, the characters were so easy to like and the fact, maybe, that there were a ton of things left out.... uhm...

I'm trying to find something similar and I guess Free! would be the closest similar show I can think about. Except that one's not finished airing. Is there any other show similar to it? Not necessarily about "sport" but with this setup.... guys doing guy-ish stuff that doesn't involve annoying girls

BL!

does it have to be all-males? because "Ouran High School Host Club" is amusing too.

Err

Danshi Kokousei No Nichijou?

I haven't watched it yet but supposedly it's about a trio of high school boys instead of the usual high school girls messing around  :)

It doesn't have the free feel but it does have

Hourou Musuko.

On a more serious and mainstream note though,
Uchuu Kyoudai (Space Brothers). You can't go wrong with bros doing bro things and astronauts doing astronaut things.

Waiting on that to finish.

Also, do hit Rainbow. Really awesome series. I'm on episode 15 and it's been really good since episode 1.

I think he wants an anime with bromance.

Rainbow was a good watch.
Daily Lives of Highschool Boys is good too. There are girls in that one, but they aren't annoying. Quite funny actually.
