PD and Share, or Tokyotosho and Nyaa.

And eMule and rutracker in some cases.

Not sure what shows you're looking for, but if you're looking for something from the last 4 years, pretty much everything has had at least one 100% softsubbed release. So many of the releases on BBT are effectively raws.
